It's Friday and time to grill

Any of you out there that have read this blog so far, may have asked yourself, "When is he going to talk more about food? Heck, that is part of the title!" Well folks, here is that post. The title to this speaks loud and clear. It's Friday and time to grill.

The weather is getting warmer, shorts are being worn, outside is the place to be, weather permitting. When you get home in the late afternoon, you walk around your home and smell that unique smell don't you? Then the thought runs through your mind, who's grilling and what are they grilling? I should do that.

I use a Weber black charcoal kettle grill. My favorite choice and has been for years. No lighter fluid, nope use a charcoal chimney. I love to smoke any kind of food I place on the grill too. Ribs, ham, chicken and even pizza. I typically use a mild wood such as apple, cherry or pecan. You can use any that you desire.

Just get outside with your family and friends, pull off the grill cover. Charcoal or gas...fire them up! It's time to grill. Oh, I will give you more information regarding the pizza on the grill comment soon. I know you can do it and you will be able to impress your family and friends by your creativity.

I want to hear your recipes from the grill. Please share. Now you know what I'm going to say...Laughter Life and Food is going to be a great journey!

I mean I know it's not difficult, but I would like to know how long do I let it cook for and how high do I need to have the grill turned up to!! Thanks Michael and I'm excited to see how this turns out! Good luck!! :)
